Local Program Coordinator
-
Play a coordinating role between au pairs and host families
-
Make weekly follow-up calls to both host families and au pairs
-
Plan and carry out cultural immersion activities on a monthly basis ( such as calligraphy class, taiji class, short trips to surrounding cities and etc.)

Update social media on a regular basis, which includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Wechat, Weibo, Youku)

Administrative work

Deliver orientation to new au pairs upon their arrival

Pick up au pairs at the airport

The following skills and experience are desirable:
-
Excellent English (with a TEM-8 certificate or relevantEnglish certificate would be a plus)

Excellent communication skills and public speaking skills.Candidate must be well spoken and able to easily interface with clients and au pairs.

Effective time management and multi-tasking skills, able to independently managing projects at a range of scales.

Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills.

Overseas Representative
​
The Overseas Partner will be the first point of contact for all potential au pair in China pro- gram students and will be in charge of helping students enroll for the program. The Over- seas Representative will report to the Program Manager. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain transcultural experience by staying with a Chinese host family.

Responsibilities
-
Promoting our au pair in China program to pre-qualified potential students by deliver- ing program presentations on campus

Providing advice by telephone and email
-
Supporting the Program Manager in helping students to complete their enrollment
Qualifications:
* Fluency in English – fluency in Chinese is a plus
* Experience in transcultural programs is preferred
* Good people skills and outgoing personality
* Exceptional listening and communication skills
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Customer focused, understanding candidate needs
* Ambitious and target oriented
*Self-motivated self-starter
